Helpful and competent from the first consultation. I did feel that there was a genuine two way discussion. The procedure itself was very slickly done and the results have been excellent. I am walking normally and pain-free after a few weeks and have been able to make moderate distances (5mls plus) on difficult hilly walks and anticipate being able to extend this to full day walks of 10-15mls within the coming weeks. An activity I thought I had lost for ever.
